Sales Tax
8.625% sales tax will be added to all orders placed from
New York residents only.
Refunds
DirectBaby is committed to making your purchase process as easy and as
pleasurable as possible. If you want to return an item, it must be new and in
the closed box with all original packaging and instructions (open box items are
not returnable unless they are defective),
DirectBaby.com will accept returns within
30 days of shipment. Unless the item was proven to be defective, all returns
will incur a 10% restocking fee, and the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds and credits
will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note: Cribs are not
returnable unless they are defective.
All of our products are covered by the original manufacturers’ warranty. We are
glad to assist you in attaining warranty-related service or replacement.
Returns

want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and to shop with us in the future. For this reason, we allow product returns with their original boxes and documentation, for any reason up to 30 days after the purchase date.
All returned products will be marked with your address, and with a copy of the receipt enclosed in the box.

in advance that you are going to return the product. You would need to pay for the returned shipping cost back to us.
You would need to return the product in its original box along with all documents and parts.
As soon as we receive the product/s your credit card will be credited, minus the actual shipping costs.
Since these are baby products, we cannot accept products that were used.
If you refuse a shipment, UPS will return the order back to us, and we will bill you for both sides shipping costs.

offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all orders over $100.00 in the Continental US
only. For orders under $100.00 in the Continental US, a flat fee of $6.95 will
be applied for standard shipping. There will be a 10% (of product price)
handling fee for all oversized cartons.
Most items ship from our warehouse within 5-10 business days.
